1. Agreement to Terms
By using KolaPoyo's services, you agree to comply with these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services. These terms apply to all customers and bookings made through our platform.
2. Service Description
KolaPoyo provides professional auto maintenance and repair services including oil changes, battery replacement, tire rotation, air filter service, and suspension repair. All services are performed by certified technicians in compliance with German automotive standards.
Service Accuracy
We strive for accuracy in service descriptions and pricing. However, final quotes may vary based on vehicle condition and additional issues discovered during service.
3. Limitation of Liability
KolaPoyo is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from service use or inability to use services. Our liability is limited to the cost of the service provided.
Vehicle Damage
While we take every precaution, we are not responsible for pre-existing vehicle conditions or damage caused by external factors beyond our control.
4. Payment & Pricing
- All prices are in EUR and subject to German VAT
- Payment is required upon service completion
- We accept bank transfer, card, and cash payments
- Cancellations must be made 24 hours in advance for refund
5. Warranty & Guarantees
All labor and parts carry a 12-month warranty or 20,000 km, whichever comes first. Warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, misuse, or accidents.
6. Privacy & Data
KolaPoyo processes personal data in compliance with GDPR. Your information is used solely for service delivery and communication. We do not share your data with third parties without consent. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
7. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes are effective immediately upon posting. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
